Please download and complete the application form, returning it by fax or email no later than 15 working days before the start of the course you wish to attend.
Fees
€ 1.500
Includes: final assessment and certificate.
All fees must be paid at the time of booking by Paypal or bank transfer. Bookings accepted up to Friday, 16th December 2010. Please note that applications are dealt with on a strictly first come first served basis and that places are limited to 10 candidates.
